The staff here is genuinely helpful and incredibly attentive, they even recommended a great restaurant within the premises, and our room was beautifully decorated and luxurious with a stunning view of the courtyard.

We had a fantastic weekend at this elegant hotel! The location couldn't be better, situated in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing swimming pool and spa facilities. It was so relaxing to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, the concierge was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Wiesbaden that oozes classical elegance. The spa on the top floor with its rooftop hot spring-fed pool was a real highlight. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a luxurious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would happily recommend this hotel to others.

The service was outstanding and the food was terrific! A special kitchen with great service staff.

It wasn't claet if the W-Lan was free or not. Only one hour was displayed for free when logging in to the smartphone.

Very good breakfast buffet, with nice terrace to sit outside. Nice, attentive staff. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and a large beautiful bathroom. The hotel has a perfect location in the middle of the city. Upstairs on the roof there is a saltwater swimming pool with a great view.

Excellent location near shops and restaurants, within walking distance. Enjoyed daily use of thermal spa and quality spa services. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for the price.

Outstanding location, charming and well-preserved interior with a touch of nostalgia. The thermal pool was fantastic, and the additional charge for the sauna was a bit surprising. Fair pricing, exceptional breakfast, and mostly friendly staff. Recommended, but not quite on par with another renowned hotel.

It is necessary to be very careful giving your credit card to them ! It is easy for them to take your payment twice and then yours are only troubles!Old building with a bit old fashioned vision of luxury .There is no warm bar in the room,only cold drinks - even in cold days!
